What is biomechanics training?

Biomechanics training involves analyzing and improving the way your body moves to enhance efficiency and reduce pain. Our approach focuses on retraining your body to move as it was naturally designed, addressing the root causes of dysfunction rather than just symptoms.

How does your approach differ from traditional physical therapy?

Unlike conventional physical therapy, which often targets isolated areas, our method takes a holistic view of the body. We aim to correct underlying movement patterns and postural issues, leading to long-term improvements in function and pain relief.

How is your approach different from physical therapy or personal training?

Our method is different from both traditional physical therapy and typical personal training. While physical therapy often focuses on isolated areas of pain and personal training emphasizes general strength or fitness, we take a holistic, biomechanics-based approach. We assess and correct dysfunctional movement patterns and postural imbalances to address the root cause of discomfort, not just the symptoms. The goal is long-term, sustainable improvement in how your body moves, feels, and performs.

Can you help if I’m currently in pain?

Yes. Many of our clients come to us with chronic or recurring pain. Through movement assessments and targeted exercises, we address the root causes of dysfunction to reduce or eliminate pain, without surgery or medication.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes, we provide virtual training sessions for clients across the United States, ensuring you can access our expertise from the comfort of your home.

Self-Application & Membership

Blank *DO NOT DELETE
Can I do this on my own?

Yes, with guidance. Our goal is to teach you how to apply what you learn in your daily life. Clients who get the best results are the ones who take ownership between sessions, using the tools and movements we teach consistently.

How do I continue training independently?

Keep practicing the movements and postural habits we coach you on. Every small step matters. Follow the direction we give, and progress will continue, even outside of sessions.

Where can I do the program?

We offer facility memberships for clients who train at least once per week, so you can practice between sessions. That said, the techniques we teach are meant to be integrated into everyday life, at home, at work, even while driving. The goal is to help you evolve how you move, not just while training.
