Our Biomechanics Training Program

We take a whole-body approach that includes an initial assessment. After we understand your goals and areas of focus, we create a program custom to you and your body’s needs. Whether you are a star athlete looking to improve performance or experiencing discomfort throughout your body, our biomechanics training program is designed to empower you with tools and solutions to optimize your life.

Inside Our Sessions
GOAL
Setting goals and sticking to them runs at the core of every one of our sessions. We help you identify your main goal and then incorporate small steps in each session to get you to your desired result.
EXPECTATIONS
Communication is key. We aim to provide clear expectations for every client in every session. We want you to know what you are focused on and why.
Myofascial Release (MFR)
This effective technique involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue. Myofascial Release or MFR is designed to eliminate pain and restore range of motion.
BREATHING
Conscious breathing can create dramatic improvements in your physical performance. We teach and implement breathing techniques that help you decompress your rib cage and spine as well as increase force production.
Corrective Exercises
As you live your life, you use your body every day. Over time you naturally start to create imbalances. Corrective exercises help us fix these imbalances and re-teach our bodies how to move as a human.
DYNAMIC
To help your body prepare for the physical demands of real life, we teach and implement dynamic movement exercises. These include ballistic, pendulum, and multi-plane movements that improve timing, coordination, and elastic recoil.

TIME FRAME
It takes time and consistent practice to reconstruct your body and help you achieve your goals. We recommend a minimum of a six month program to establish the foundations of Functional Patterns and continued training.
EDUCATION
The Functional Patterns methods are foreign to most. We work very hard to educate our clients on what, how, and why we practice the way we do. Each session in our biomechanics training program includes an educational focus.
