Meet Elise Sarwarski – Functional Patterns Practitioner in Michigan

Meet Elise, our Functional Patterns Human Foundations Practitioner. Elise is passionate about helping individuals overcome chronic pain, all while maintaining a supportive and fun environment. Elise brings a wealth of personal experience and a deep understanding of the Functional Patterns methodology to our practice.

Journey to Functional Patterns

Elise’s journey with Functional Patterns began in her 20s when she started developing chronic pain and frequent injuries, leading to surgery recommendations. Introduced to Functional Patterns by a friend, Elise discovered the power of massage techniques and corrective exercises to eliminate her pain and avoid surgery. This transformative experience got her hooked on Functional Patterns, and she has been learning and applying its principles ever since.

Passion & Goals

Elise is passionate about having fun while using her experience to guide people toward pain-free lives. She aims to advance her training in this field and fully embrace the enhanced quality of life that accompanies this growth. Elise aspires to spread awareness and provide alternatives for those facing chronic pain or surgery. She wants to challenge society’s expectations around pain due to injury and aging, establishing a new norm for health and wellness.
