Meet Bailey Towler

Meet Bailey, our Functional Patterns Human Foundations Practitioner who has a strong educational background in biology and exercise science from Washtenaw Community College. Bailey’s Functional Patterns began as a personal goal to overcome chronic pain and has evolved into a passion for helping others achieve biomechanical efficiency and improved quality of life.

Journey to Functional Patterns

Bailey’s journey started during her late teens while she was battling with scoliosis and chronic injuries that resulted in persistent low back and knee pain. Traditional therapies failed to address the root causes, leaving Bailey frustrated and unable to enjoy her favorite sports and activities. Discovering the Functional Patterns ten-week course was a turning point. The immediate improvement she experienced during the course led to continued training, ultimately achieving a pain-free life through the principles of human biomechanical efficiency.

Passion & Goals

Bailey is passionate about enhancing athletic performance and quality of life through biomechanics. She is focused on further developing personal athletic abilities while building a community to share knowledge and learn from others. As a Functional Patterns Practitioner, Bailey aims to elevate the average human ability to a higher standard of functionality.
